How to Work on Your Dreams When You Have No Time

If you've been tuning into the podcast every week, I have to tell you: this conversation was actually recorded before the last episode. So, you might notice some contradictions or feel like the timeline is a little off. But I felt it in my heart to share this episode anyway because it was such a powerful reflection, especially for those of us who feel like we don't have enough time to work on building something meaningful.

I've been sharing how capped out I am in this season of my life as a SAHM trying to rebuild my business with very limited time. Like, six hours a week of uninterrupted time, to be exact.

I know. Is it even possible?

I often ask myself, Should I even try this? Or should I just fully embrace this season with my baby and focus solely on her?

And as much as I would love to tell you I have the answer, I truly feel deep down that I need to honor both parts of me: the part that wants to soak in all the snuggles and baby milestones, and the part that desperately wants to build something of her own.

If you tuned into the last episode, you know I somewhat found the answer (so make sure to check that one out!), but in this episode, I dive deeper into:

  • How having limited capacity has taught me that it can actually make decision-making easier

  • How I’m moving out of the all-or-nothing mindset

  • How I’m creating momentum in my business with only a few uninterrupted hours each week

  • How to give yourself grace while still moving toward the woman you want to become

If you're in a season where you often ask yourself, “Am I doing what I'm supposed to be doing with my life?” or maybe you're thinking, “This can't be it,” this episode will definitely speak to you.

And I promise, this will be the last episode where I talk about capacity because I know, like me, you must be over the topic. 😂 I hope I haven't lost you yet!

But as they say, trust the process. Because if you're also in this same season, all of this capacity talk will help us step into what's next.

Now it's time to take action.

See you on the other side, amiga.

P.S. You got this! 🤎
